Our Bronze packages is designed for Landlords who do not want to be involved with the marketing, administration or referencing when securing a tenant but do not need a letting agent to manage their property once the tenant has moved in. Silver

Our Silver Package builds on the Bronze with the addition of rent collection, we will find, reference and move in the tenants. We will then register the tenants deposit and arrange for the tenants to pay the rent directly to us ready for forwarding onto our landlords. Therefore, if the tenants don’t pay the rent us as your letting agent will chase up the outstanding rent and aim to ensure our landlords get the money that they are owed.

Our Gold Package provides landlords with a complete property management service which has been designed to take the hassle and stress out of renting and managing your property. With a dedicated 24/7 emergency maintenance line your tenants will contact us if they have an issue taking that burden away from you! With this package we will carry out routinely inspections to ensure that not only the tenants are paying their rent but also looking after the property as you would expect.

Platinum

Our most complete service! We like to think of this as our hassle free package which we have specifically designed for our landlord’s peace of mind and protection. With all of the benefits of our Gold package we build on that by adding Rent Guarantee. In other words, if your tenant doesn't’t pay their rent then we’ve got you covered. Included in this package is an insurance policy with a nil excess that pays out should your tenants not pay the rent.
