FEES AND DEPOSITS A tenancy arrangement fee of £180 including VAT plus a referencing fee of £72 including VAT per person will be payable by the applicant at the time of making the application. The tenant will also need to pay the cost of the inventory, the price of this is dependant on the size of the property. The applicant will then need to provide the first month's rent upfront and a deposit on the first day of the tenancy. The deposit on this property is the equivalent of the first month's rent plus £100. An extra damage deposit may be required should the applicant have pets (if acceptable to the landlord).
