Our bronze package is a one off fee of One Months Rent + VAT. No fee is due until a tenant successfully moves into your property.
Features for the bronze service include;
- Comprehensive marketing, advertising and property viewings
- Careful tenant selection process & professional referencing
- Check that all necessary documents and certificates are in place
- Preparation of the tenancy agreement and obtaining tenants signatures and initial payments
- Registration of tenants deposits with the DPS
- Move the Tenants into the property
- Arrange Gas, electric and energy performance certifications*
Our Silver Package has an initial set up fee of £250 + Vat and then 8% of each months rent + VAT thereafter.
Features for the silver service include;
- Comprehensive marketing, advertising and property viewings
- Careful tenant selection process & professional referencing
- Check that all necessary documents and certificates are in place
- Preparation of the tenancy agreement and obtaining tenants signatures and initial payments
- Registration of tenants deposits with the DPS
- Move the Tenants into the property
- Arrange Gas, electric and energy performance certifications*
- Collection of the monthly rent then paid directly into your chosen bank account
- Monthly statement of account
- Check out at the end of the tenancy
Our Gold Package has an initial set up fee of £250 + VAT and then 10% of each months rent + VAT thereafter.
Features for the gold include;
- Comprehensive marketing, advertising and property viewings
- Careful tenant selection process & professional referencing
- Check that all necessary documents and certificates are in place
- Preparation of the tenancy agreement and obtaining tenants signatures and initial payments
- Registration of tenants deposits with the DPS
- Move the Tenants into the property
- Arrange Gas, electric and energy performance certifications*
- Collection of the monthly rent then paid directly into your chosen bank account
- Monthly statement of account
- Check out at the end of the tenancy
- Independent detailed photographic inventory and personal inspection of your property
- Assisting the collection of the damage deposit at the end of tenancy
- Arranging necessary repairs and maintenance of your property, obtaining quotes and negotiating the best price for you.
- Regular inspections of your property throughout the tenancy
- Annual Renewal of safety certificates on your behalf *

- 24/7 Emergency maintenance number
- A rigorous final inspection of your properties condition at the end of every tenancy
Our Platinum Package has an initial set up fee of £350 + VAT and then 12% of each months rent + VAT thereafter.
