At Henleys we advertise our landlord’s properties 24 hours a day 365 days a year through online national advertising on rightmove and on our own modern website to make sure your property is seen!

Ryan and Jeff are professional landlords themselves and therefore they understand what landlords are looking for when renting their properties. We are so confident in our abilities that we are prepared to offer a No-let No-fee service. In other words, if we do not manage to successfully find you a tenant for your property then you will not be charged a penny for our services!

Tenant vetting and referencing
Once we have found you a tenant we want to make sure that they are going to be suitable for you and for your property. We organise in depth referencing checks that are carried out by a specialist referencing company in an effort to ensure that the tenant is going to pay their rent to you on time but also look after your property as you would expect them too.
Our standard tenancy agreement is professionally prepared by solicitors who are specialist in landlord and tenant law. They are continuously renewed as and when new legislation is introduced. We have the ability to insert bespoke clauses which are relevant to your property and any requirements you may have.
Once a tenant has moved into your property and they have paid there deposit we will register the deposit in The Deposit Protection Scheme for you or we can transfer the deposit to you in your chosen scheme should you wish.
